Job summary

Elyse Collat eCommerce is seeking an experienced ecommerce strategist to build strategic gameplans and guide founders through execution. You’ll run weekly 1:1 coaching calls, audit client businesses, and drive growth with a data-driven approach.

As the first hire in this role, you’ll shape onboarding, benchmarks, and training, while supporting founders across scale, margins, and marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Experience growing ecommerce brands in-house or at an agency.
• Strong numeric skills: margins, CAC, LTV, AOV.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build the gameplan: deliver a full strategic gameplan and business audit for each client.
• Coach weekly 1:1 calls, drive the gameplan, and hold clients accountable.
• Provide ongoing support via Slack with a one-business-day response window.
• Support founders as they scale from early revenue to higher months.
• Collaborate to enhance onboarding, benchmarks, training, and AI usage.
