Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support warehouse operations in Nebraska. The role focuses on order picking, packing, and fulfillment, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and productivity.

You will use RF scanners and computer systems, maintain a clean work area, and assist with inventory processes. A high school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years related experience is preferred. Occasional travel between warehouses may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail and willingness to improve performance.
• Communicates schedule changes promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently locate and pick product for guest orders or transfers.
• Maintain a productive work pace and accurate item picking into the correct tote.
• Assist with order induction as needed.
• Work in assigned area for 8 hours or more per day without rotation.
• Use computer systems, Bluetooth and RF scanners and other warehouse tech.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and restock supplies as needed.
• Attendance in person is required to complete duties.
• Show proficiency in Generalist duties and assist when needed.
• Assist with moving product around the warehouse; unpack, tag, bag, locate; verify bin locations for inventory.
• Process and induct into Fulfillment system all product from DC.
• Participate in special projects and duties in distribution or online fulfillment warehouses; may travel between warehouses as needed.
• Fulfill duties with high customer service and support a positive team spirit.
