This hands-on role focuses on people, product, architecture, and delivery, partnering with product, UX, QA, DevOps, security, and data teams to ship high-quality digital commerce capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software experience, 2+ years of leadership, and strong Node.js/React Native expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Experience supporting ecommerce, retail, or customer-facing platforms.
• Strong Node.js and modern API-based architectures.
• Experience with React Native or mobile engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead two ecommerce product teams focused on the organization’s platform capabilities.
• Own delivery health, sprint execution, and roadmap alignment.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business outcomes into technical plans.
• Guide development across React Native apps, Node.js services, and APIs.
• Drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and security.
