• Mentor engineering managers, technical leads, and software architects.
• Establish architectural direction and engineering standards across teams.
• Design and own frontend architectures using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Document architectural decisions through ADRs and participate hands-on when required.
• Improve development workflows, coding practices and technical processes.
• Collaborate with clients and product stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Drive Core Web Vitals performance and frontend performance improvements.
• Define AI-assisted development standards and agentic engineering workflows.
