• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, innovative, and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to drive website traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Manage advertising budgets and continually optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
• Analyze campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for growth, test new strategies and creative, and make data-driven decisions that increase online sales.
• Plan content for various social platforms and schedule posts to support the content calendar.
• Write blog posts and captions aligned with brand voice; optimize website content for SEO.
• Coordinate product photoshoots and assist in video editing; provide administrative support to marketing.
