Job summary

Beauty Industry Group is seeking an eCommerce Demand Forecasting Associate in Los Angeles to develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across multiple brands. You will evaluate promotional and launch performance, optimize inventory, and monitor competitive activity to inform sales decisions.

The role partners with eCommerce, Distribution, Finance, Growth Marketing, and Demand Planning to translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Commercial Planning & Forecasting experience.
• Proactive self-starter who uncovers data-driven insights.
• Ability to assess business impact of promotions and launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across multiple brands.
• Partner with Commercial, eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
• Review promotional and product launch performance and adjust forecasts.
• Identify inventory risks and optimize stock to reduce stockouts.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform forecasts.
• Support lifecycle management with forecasts for launches and replenishments.
• Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership for planning.
• Collaborate with Brand and Growth teams on forecast goals and performance.
• Turn data into actionable deliverables across teams.
