Job summary

Universal Music Group seeks a Senior Manager, Data Product—Ecommerce to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-ready data products powering UMG’s direct-to-consumer ecosystem. You will own semantic models, SLAs, and data contracts, partnering with marketing, finance, analytics, and engineering teams.

You will champion data governance, product roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes, enabling advanced analytics, AI applications, and trusted insights across brands and regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for enterprise eCommerce or D2C
• Experience delivering data products supporting AI, ML, or predictive analytics
• Strong understanding of eCommerce processes (catalog, pricing, orders, fulfillment, returns)
• Familiarity with major commerce platforms and data concepts

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmaps for enterprise eCommerce data products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, data definitions, and SLAs
• Build scalable data models and semantic layers for key entities (sales, orders, customers)
• Drive adoption through documentation, training, and governance
