The Hillman Group is seeking an organized, analytical ECommerce Data Specialist to ensure accurate product data across major platforms and customer sites. You will own critical data, monitor pricing accuracy, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to strengthen the digital shelf presence.

You’ll support major retailers like Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Amazon, and develop reporting and KPI tracking to drive online performance. Strong data and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, data management, or related field.
• Experience with product catalogs, online item setup, pricing, digital content, or retailer product information.
• Strong Excel capabilities and MS 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with NetSuite is highly valued and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor product data across eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Conduct regular audits to identify assortment gaps, missing content, and pricing issues.
• Develop exception reporting to identify data-quality issues and track resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product to improve eCommerce data and content.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for online performance.
• Support setup and optimization on customer eCommerce platforms and portals.
