Royal Cyber Inc. is seeking an experienced ECommerce, Data & AI Consulting PM to lead large-scale software delivery and enterprise projects.

The role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in eCommerce and AI initiatives, and a proven ability to drive delivery from discovery to support across cross-functional teams. You will manage client relationships with senior stakeholders, oversee budgets and timelines, and apply Agile/ Scrum and hybrid methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software delivery and project management experience.
• Delivery of enterprise projects in a consulting or client services setting.
• Experience in eCommerce, data and/or AI domains.
• Excellent spoken and written English communications.

• Bring 10+ years of relevant experience in software delivery and project management, including leading enterprise projects in a consulting or client services environment.
• Demonstrate successful delivery in eCommerce, Data and/or AI, with the technical understanding to challenge estimates and trade-offs.
• Own delivery from discovery through launch, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality and business outcomes.
• Translate client objectives into practical delivery plans, estimates, milestones, resource requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Lead distributed, cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, data, QA, and business functions; drive accountability.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing stakeholders and governance meetings.
• Apply Agile, Scrum and hybrid approaches, selecting practices to fit the engagement.
• Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, issues and scope changes; communicate impact and drive resolution.
• Maintain commercial discipline by tracking costs, utilization, forecasts and margins; approve changes.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell with account and solution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring 10+ years of relevant experience in software delivery and project management, including leading enterprise projects in a consulting or client services environment.
• Demonstrate successful delivery in eCommerce, Data and/or AI, with the technical understanding to challenge estimates, assess dependencies, and explain business and technology trade-offs.
• Own delivery from discovery and planning through implementation, launch, and transition to support, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• Translate client objectives into practical delivery plans, realistic estimates, clear milestones, resource requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Lead distributed, cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, data, QA, and business functions; drive accountability and resolve obstacles proactively.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing enterprise stakeholders, leading governance meetings, facilitating decisions, and handling difficult conversations confidently.
• Apply strong project management fundamentals across Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches, selecting practices that fit the engagement and maintaining clear delivery visibility.
• Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes; communicate their impact early and drive resolution with practical recommendations.
• Maintain commercial discipline by tracking project costs, resource utilization, forecasts, and margins, and securing approval for changes affecting scope, timelines, or fees.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell through a clear understanding of client priorities; partner with account and solution teams to develop relevant, value-based proposals.
• Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Operate with initiative, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through, independently managing complex engagements with minimal supervision and agreed overlap with client time zones.
