We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to bridge the gap between coordination and account management. This role will focus on independently managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, providing analytical insights, and supporting strategic account planning. You will contribute to sales growth by owning key operational elements, improving online presence, and supporting promotional strategies across major e-commerce platforms. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners. It is a growth role designed for someone ready to move beyond coordination into partial account ownership and strategy execution.

What you’ll do
  • Conduct ongoing business analysis, including weekly sales reporting, trend identification, and promotional performance measurement; provide actionable insights to account managers.
  • Manage product catalog accuracy and content optimization (SEO, images, product descriptions) to drive online conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute promotional and marketing tactics in partnership with Account Managers, evaluating ROI and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, Digital Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of online initiatives.
  • Monitor and track trade spend allocations and promotional budgets to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations on product mix, pricing, and promotional tactics based on performance analysis.
  • Participate in customer meetings, supporting account managers with data-driven insights and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Assist in forecasting and sales demand, ensuring alignment with business planning cycles.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational issue resolution with retailer partners, escalating complex matters to the Key Account Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate the Harvest team, ensuring accurate execution of daily operational tasks
  • Act as a resource for Coordinators, sharing best practices and helping streamline team processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or CPG-related roles (e.g., sales support, category management, demand planning, or digital retail operations)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytic experience and curiosity.
  • Able to work independently and in a confident professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Experience using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends and digital marketing fundamentals.
