Position Summary

The Ecommerce Coordinator manages the full range of products on our website, requiring knowledge of designer brands, products, key trends, and customer needs to maximize conversion and cross-selling opportunities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the creation, testing, and implementation of product content and site management.
• Provide regular updates and reports on product status.
• Manage the E-Commerce email and Event Calendars.
• Create and communicate product and photo delivery schedules.
• Coordinate product shipments and address delays.
• Verify product information accuracy in our systems and website.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve web-related issues and optimize customer experience.
• Assist with managing Yotpo, Brahmin's Loyalty program, including reviews, questions, and homepage updates.
• Work with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure timely site updates.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports on weekly trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce support preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across teams.
• Highly computer literate with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, motivated team player with a passion for luxury retail. Experience in retail, eCommerce, or fashion is a plus.
