Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to support the ecommerce team for wrangler.com across North America and Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional roadmap initiatives and routine website updates, including accessibility and SEO tasks within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

You will assist with testing, documentation, and coordinating sprint planning, status updates, and release communications to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

• 2 years experience coordinating multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred: ecommerce, agile product management or technical project management experience
• Preferred: knowledge of HTML, accessibility and/or SEO

Responsibilities

• Support digital operations initiative leads to complete projects on time, within scope and budget
• Assist product owners with website testing including UAT and E2E testing
• Coordinate content and SEO changes directly within Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Create and maintain documentation for new website features and functionality
• Schedule and prepare agendas for regular digital operations meetings
• Own sprint and release communication processes
• Coordinate accessibility testing to ensure compliance
