Job summary

Henkel is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Content Manager to plan, create, and optimize digital content across PRAVANA and Zotos Professional’s consumer and professional ecommerce channels and brand websites.

You’ll collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to support launches, campaigns, and education initiatives, while managing content production with agencies, photographers, and freelancers to ensure on-brand PDP copy, imagery, and merchandising assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Digital Content, Content Marketing, Ecommerce Content, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing content across social, web, ecommerce, CRM, and retailer platforms.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, analytics, and content performance measurement.
• Familiarity with PIM, CMS, DAM, and project management platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies and editorial calendars across digital and ecommerce channels.
• Own content planning, creation, publishing, and optimization for brand websites and customer eCommerce platforms.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and education initiatives.
• Manage content production with agencies, creators, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
• Oversee ecommerce and retailer content, including PDP copy, imagery, and merchandising assets including the management of PIM
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards, SEO best practices, and consumer insights.
• Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Maintain content management processes, digital assets, and governance standards.
• Stay current on digital, social, and beauty trends to identify new opportunities and best practices.
