Job summary

Henkel, a leading consumer brands company, is seeking a Creative Project Manager for its Consumer Brands unit overseeing PRAVANA and Zotos. You will drive end-to-end creative campaigns, coordinate multi-channel content, and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver on-brand results.

You will partner with designers, copywriters, agencies, and production vendors, ensuring design and copy accuracy while continuously improving workflows and tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Project Management, Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel creative campaigns and content development.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and project management platforms, preferably Wrike
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Experience partnering with designers, copywriters, agencies, content creators, and production vendors.
• Beauty, fashion, CPG, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful execution of creative initiatives across PRAVANA and Zotos from briefing through delivery.
• Own end-to-end creative workflow: intake, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery across marketing initiatives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, approvals, and deliverables to keep projects on time and on brand.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external creative partners.
• Lead project status meetings, communicate priorities and risks, remove blockers.
