Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, content management, or online merchandising.
• Experience managing product listings, content updates, and product launches across ecommerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate product data, images, and descriptions.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience conducting competitive research and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up new products on e-tail platforms, owning accuracy of all product attributes, images, and descriptions from intake through publish.
• Publish updated attributes and refreshed content to live product pages, prioritizing based on business impact and launch schedules.
• Manage new product variations and updates to existing variations with full ownership of consistency and best performance.
• Lead the content setup for virtual bundles, managing the full upload process and ensuring all details are fully optimized.
• Maintain daily listing maintenance across etail platforms, identify and resolve errors, inaccuracies, and compliance issues.
• Build and maintain routine reporting cadences to track product performance, listing quality, and content accuracy.
