About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Campaign and Promotions Manager to lead go-to-market and growth campaigns across our hardware, SaaS, and services offerings. This role collaborates closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive sales, optimize promotional strategies, and maximize growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute go-to-market and growth campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  2. Partner with sales and eCommerce teams to meet revenue targets through effective promotional and pricing strategies.
  3. Manage campaigns for a diverse portfolio of products and services, prioritizing impact across customer segments.
  4. Plan and execute promotional events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, ensuring seamless multi-channel execution.
  5. Create project plans and coordinate across teams for major promotional events.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand, and Product teams to manage campaign assets and messaging.
  7. Develop and optimize campaigns to guide prospects through the buying journey and drive conversions.
  8. Implement targeted email, retargeting, and automation strategies to enhance engagement and revenue.
  9. Expand market reach through partner channels and support partner success.
  10. Lead product, feature, and service launches with the necessary assets and enablement programs.
  11. Provide insights for product and service development, advocating for customer needs.
  12. Craft compelling narratives to engage prospects, customers, and industry influencers.
  13. Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in hardware, SaaS, and services.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
  • Experience managing high-visibility promotional events.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
