Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an analytics professional to evaluate B2B eCommerce performance and provide data-backed insights. You will analyze purchasing behaviours, segmentation, and funnel effectiveness to drive improvements.

You will work with sales, marketing, and IT teams to implement data-driven strategies, ensure reporting accuracy, and stay ahead of industry trends in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years analytics experience with attention to detail.
• 3+ years data collection, interfaces and processes in projects.
• Strong business acumen in sales or wholesale distribution.
• Ability to analyze complex problems.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze B2B eCommerce sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer purchasing behaviors, segmentation, and sales funnel effectiveness
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams to implement data-driven strategies
• Support sales teams with data-backed insights to improve digital adoption and customer engagement
• Collaborate with IT and business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting automation
• Stay informed on industry benchmarks, competitor performance, and emerging trends in B2B digital sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics with strong attention to detail
• 3+ years of project data collection, interfaces and processes
• Strong business acumen, including understanding of sales and commercial support in wholesale Beverage Alcohol distribution or similar B2B industries
• Ability to analyze complex problems
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs, including presentation software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
