• Proven experience writing clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working directly with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
