Job summary

Ulla Johnson, a NYC-based fashion brand, seeks a Junior Ecommerce Assistant to support Onsite/Site Merchandising, Operations, and Digital Marketing. You will report to the Director of Ecommerce and collaborate with the Senior Manager of Operations and the Director of Digital Marketing, gaining broad exposure across merchandising, operations, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, retail, or digital marketing (internships count).
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn—positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product detail pages, images, copy, and tagging.
• Build and maintain collection pages for proper merchandising.
• Support seasonals, with assets and page updates for products lacking assets.
• Ensure on-site ad and email links land on correct pages.
• Run site sweeps to catch merchandising gaps before customers see them.
• Process order maintenance, returns, preorder status, and escalations.
• Execute email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo; QA content and links.
• Set up seasonal launch assets in Figma and prep stakeholder-ready content.
• Support across all three Ecommerce pillars with prioritization and clear communication.
