Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Junior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to manage product content across North American sites. You’ll work with Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to keep pages accurate and engaging, review assets, and drive improvements based on data.

The role supports web merchandising for desktop and mobile and requires a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years in marketing or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 1+ years in a marketing or project management role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Digital marketing, web analytics or GA4 / Google experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product content across Uline's North American eCommerce sites for desktop and mobile.
• Partner with the Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to keep product pages accurate and engaging.
• Review digital assets and marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy and to uphold Uline’s style guidelines.
• Submit and track creative requests for web updates.
• Use website data and feedback to suggest ways to improve the online shopping experience.
