Free People is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the team’s monthly creative merchandising strategy and oversee the site and email calendar. You will coordinate daily email campaigns and partner with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and messaging.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of ecommerce merchandising. Experience in ecommerce is a plus and opportunities for growth within URBN are available.

Qualifications

• Awareness of ecommerce trends and brands.
• Understanding of FP Movement customer and aesthetic.
• Strong communication and collaboration.
• Experience in ecommerce merchandising or related role is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product presentation and category maintenance across site, app and email.
• Own the email process for marketing campaigns; create Asana cards and track campaigns.
• Partner with Email Marketing to launch daily emails efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to reshoot styles and manage reshoot wins.
