As an eCommerce Associate,you'll support key initiatives that drive traffic, boost conversions, and grow online sales for the BenQ Store. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support marketing and product teams in executing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, Google/Meta Ads, SMS, social media).
• Update and maintain eStore product pricing, SKUs, inventory, and promotions (US/CA).
• Manage eStore content updates and assist with A+ content via 1WorldSync, CC, etc.
• Write/ Optimize email marketing based on the target for each key segment.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on eCommerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer retention, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Preferred Interest, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as AEM, Magento, Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, etc. Excellent multitasking skills and an eagerness to learn.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or in progress , preferably in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
