Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a small, growing B2B medical device business to hire an Ecommerce Associate to oversee online sales operations, digital product listings, customer engagement, and promotions. You’ll manage eBay and an ecommerce site, optimize visibility, and support revenue growth, ensuring a seamless customer experience from listing to fulfillment.

Salary is $60k-$75k with medical/dental, paid vacation, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as eBay and Shopify or similar.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO and online merchandising is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings for ecommerce websites and eBay to maximize visibility and performance
• Write product titles, descriptions, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Upload and manage product images and listings content
• Monitor listing performance, implementing improvements based on analytics and sales trends
• Maintain inventory quantities and availability across online platforms
• Coordinate product categories and SEO optimization to improve search rankings
• Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and product demand to develop effective pricing strategies
• Review/adjust pricing to remain competitive while maximizing profitability
• Help leadership identify high-performing product categories and market opportunities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through eBay, website submissions, and email communication
• Provide product information, shipping updates, and issue resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Support sales initiatives by helping identify online leads and customer opportunities
• Oversee online order processing from purchase to shipment
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timeline and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery performance
• Assist with managing returns, claims, and customer follow-up communication
• Maintain and update website product listings
• Assist with marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media posts, and promotional initiatives
• Monitor website traffic and ecommerce analytics to identify opportunities for growth

• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising is a plus


• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
  
• Experience in medical equipment, healthcare, or surplus asset sales is preferred but not required


• Self-motivated, eager and able to learn, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
