Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced distribution center in Eagan, MN. This role entails picking, packing, and shipping online orders, using RF scanners and WMS to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will handle inventory tasks, operate pallet jacks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting team productivity in a contract-to-hire role. Daily pay is available and benefits eligibility may apply.

• Perform inventory-related tasks including cycle counts, stock verification, and product scanning.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment within shipping and storage areas.
• Maintain an organized work area while adhering to company safety and quality standards.
• Support team productivity by assisting with other warehouse and fulfillment functions as needed

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment environment preferred
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse technology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed

Work Environment

This position is based in a busy distribution center where employees spend most of the shift on their feet, moving throughout the warehouse to fulfill customer orders. Daily responsibilities include picking, packing, scanning, lifting, and shipping products while meeting productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
