Job summary

oh baby! brand is seeking an organized eCommerce & Inventory Specialist to manage Shopify B2C operations for online and in-store experiences. You will support product management, inventory accuracy, and daily eCommerce activities across warehouse and retail locations.

The role emphasizes catalog management, SEO-aligned product listings, purchase order creation, and collaboration with leadership and marketing teams to drive merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify B2C and Shopify POS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management and eCommerce merchandising.
• Basic SEO knowledge for product listings.
• Photography and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Add and manage products in Shopify through manual entry and wholesale platform integrations.
• Create manual items in Shopify, including cross-sells, merchandising categories, and collections.
• Ensure product listings align with SEO, branding, and product description guidelines.
• Create and manage purchase orders in Shopify.
• Support inventory management, including audits, transfers, adjustments, and inventory accuracy across warehouse and retail locations.
• Assist with order fulfillment from the main warehouse.
• Add products to the Instafeed app and support merchandising initiatives.
• Participate in planning and strategy meetings with leadership and marketing teams.

eCommerce & Inventory Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented eCommerce & Inventory Specialist with experience using the Shopify B2C platform to support both online and in-store (POS) operations. This role supports product management, inventory accuracy, and daily eCommerce operations across our warehouse and retail locations.
