Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a production lead for its Etna, OH distribution center. The role supports daily operations, monitors workflows, and coordinates with supervisors to maintain steady throughput.

You will train associates, manage inventories and tools, and promote safety across teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

This is a production lead position that will also perform the primary duties and responsibilities of an associate in the respective area(s) where assigned.The impact you can haveAssist in monitoring the work flow for designated areas, including resources floor balance. Strong communication and coordination with department supervisor/manager.Act as a resource for associate to maintain daily (LM) Labor Management login activities.Advocating safety tips guidelines throughout the team(s).Reporting of various aspects of area functions utilizing the following systems and programs – PKMS, Microsoft Outlook including Access, Excel, Word, and email.Train and develop associates in department functions, procedures and rules.
