Job summary

KnitWell Group in Etna OH is seeking a production lead to support daily distribution center operations under general supervision. This role will perform the primary duties of an associate in the designated area and help manage workflow and resources.

You will train and develop associates, maintain inventory of supplies, promote safety, and use PKMS, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word to report on area functions. On-site at Etna, regular/full-time employment with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow for designated areas with resources floor balance.
• Act as a resource for associates for LM login activities.
• Advocate safety guidelines across teams.
• Report area functions using PKMS, MS Outlook, including Access, Excel, Word and email.
• Train and develop associates; cross-train within the department.
• Maintain inventory of department supplies, tools and equipment.

About the role
The qualified individual will provide support to the daily functions andwork flowin the Distribution Center, under general supervision. This is a production lead position that will also perform the primary duties and responsibilities of an associate in the respective area(s) where assigned.
