Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Johnstown, CO is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member. The role supports stocking, packing orders, labeling, and shipping, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems.
• Execute project work plans to complete tasks on time and adapt as needed.
• Communicate with leadership and team members to resolve questions or problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Communicate effectively with all associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Schedule and Compensation:

• Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week.
• The Shift: Includes a mix of daytime shifts (ranging from anytime between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Monday availability is a requirement for the role.
• Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays ranging anytime between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage of $17.00/HR.
