Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Experience operating inventory scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
  • Ability to perform light to heavy lifting (up to 50–100 lbs) as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming merchandise with accuracy and speed to ensure correct counts.
  • Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for sale and back stock.
  • Assist Merchandising Teams in distributing items to the correct Specialty Shop.
  • Organize clothing hangers and size labels for efficient display.
  • Break down cardboard boxes and dispose of them properly in the trash compactor.
  • Operate a pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, storage, and work areas.
  • Maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment and support a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Hours and Duration: This part-time temporary role would start in September and end Mid-November with the option to apply for a permanent part-time or full-time role. Hours could range up to 30 per week.
  • The Shift: Shift times will be evening shifts from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
  • Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage of $16.00/HR.
