Job summary

Scheels in Minnesota is seeking a warehouse/fulfillment associate to collect and organize products, pack and label shipments, and maintain an orderly work area. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 0–3 months of related experience or training.

You will work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. Benefits include an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a 401(k) with Roth options, comprehensive health coverage, and time

Qualifications

  • An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effectively communicate with all associates
  • All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
