Job summary

Scheels is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment operations and lead a team of associates in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and strong customer service while coordinating inventory and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily lists and fulfillment processes to complete orders / basic computer operation
  • Lead a team of associates and be able to perform regular daily tasks
  • Understand and be able to shop, organize and collect products for orders as well as package, seal and operate small machines
  • Effectively communicate with all associates
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
  • Daily reconciliation and management of fulfillment reports, sales, etc.
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to focus and prioritize tasks with motivation and confidence
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office
  • Ability to follow written, oral and diagram instructions
  • Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere
  • Other duties that may be assigned by leadership

    Education & Experience

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; and / or 3-5 years of leadership experience.

    Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements

    Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

    Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
