Job summary

Anchor QEA, LLC is seeking a Landscape Architect/Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to support projects from concept to construction, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and planners. The role focuses on ecological function, public access, biodiversity, and resilience across coastal, riverine and wetland habitats.

You will develop 2D plans, 3D renderings, and presentation materials while contributing to environmental reviews, permitting, and construction-phase services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related fields.
• Familiarity with ecological design and restoration planning.
• Strong design and graphic communication skills.
• Basic understanding of environmental regulations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and design research to support conceptual design and development.
• Develop 2D plans and section renderings.
• Create diagrams communicating design intent.
• Produce 3D axonometric and perspective renderings.
• Assemble presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with construction document packages and specifications under supervision.
• Prepare technical memoranda and design research summaries.
• Support environmental review and permitting documents.
• Assist with field tasks during construction and site visits.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
