Job summary

SFS Group USA, Inc. is seeking an Ecoat Line Operator for the Exeter Twp (Reading), PA location to join our manufacturing team. The role supports a 3rd shift schedule (10:00pm–6:30am), with duties including operating packaging equipment, material identification, and SAP work order confirmation.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in manufacturing, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and forklift certification. We offer a competitive starting salary and a comprehensive benefits package including profit

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Forklift certification desired or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Power up, operate, and shut down packaging machine.
• Identify materials to process work orders.
• Calibrate piece count scale of raw material.
• Calibrate and operate finishing scale to exact quantity defined by work order.
• Understand and confirm work order using SAP system.
• Operate Automatic Wrapper.
• Operate Forklift to move goods.
• Troubleshoot machine issues as required.
• Assist in training other employees.
• Perform weekly cleaning per schedule as required
• Other duties as assigned
