Job summary

Natran Green Pest Control is seeking a Standard Technician to deliver safe, thorough pest control services to residential and commercial customers. You will adhere to regulations, maintain licenses, and support customer retention with a green service promise.

You will perform routine services across EcoZones, EcoYard, Sentricon, Bora Care, and other programs, while documenting visits and communicating with customers. A Texas license and clean MVR are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Texas Commercial Pest Control Technician License with Termite Category is required.
• QualityPro and GreenPro certifications are preferred.
• Background must be clear of disqualifying criminal convictions.
• 3+ months of pest control field experience required.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pest control services across Natran’s offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of pest biology, products, and protocols.
• Ensure average time-on-stop of at least 30 minutes.
• Maintain route efficiency and support 97%+ service completion.
• Submit a minimum of 10 Tech Referrals per month when applicable.
