Job summary

Natran Green Pest Control seeks a Senior Pest Control Technician to independently deliver advanced residential, commercial, and specialty pest services. You will master pest biology, treatment protocols, and service delivery while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will support field quality, onboarding, and coaching, and may act as on-site technical resource when needed. This role requires strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Texas Certified Applicator License with pest/termite categories.
• Minimum of two years’ licensed pest control experience.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and specialty services.
• Ability to train and mentor other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced pest control services across residential, commercial, and specialty lines.
• Independently complete inspections, identify pest pressures, and plan treatments.
• Apply products per label directions and safety requirements.
• Maintain thorough service documentation and reports.
• Communicate findings and options to customers to drive approved services.
• Lead onboarding and coaching of apprentices and technicians as needed.
• Serve as a technical resource and uphold OSHA/TDA compliance.
