Natran Green Pest Control is seeking a Senior Pest Control Technician to independently perform advanced residential, commercial, and specialty pest control services while upholding safety and customer service standards.

This role requires Texas Certified Applicator licenses with pest and termite categories and a minimum of two years of experience at a senior technician level. The position emphasizes field leadership support and training roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced pest control services across residential, commercial, and specialty lines.
• Independently identify pest pressures, vulnerabilities, and plan treatments.
• Apply products strictly per label, SOPs, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation including reports and diagrams.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and on-site technical guidance.
