Starting as General Laborer, you will receive comprehensive training and progress through Mold Technician, Team Lead, and Supervisor roles with increasing responsibilities.

No prior mold remediation experience is required, as we provide the training, safety protocols, and industry knowledge to advance along a clear career roadmap.

Qualifications

• No prior mold remediation experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Prior experience in construction, demolition, roofing, remodeling, restoration, or general labor is valued and may lead to higher starting wage.
• Strong work ethic, physical endurance, and reliability.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and adapt to weather conditions.
• Willingness to follow safety directions and wear PPE daily.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to jobsites.
• Able to pass a background screening with no felonies.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy manual labor including demolition and removal of mold-affected materials.
• Transport materials, tools, equipment, and debris to and from the jobsite.
• Set up containment zones using plastic sheeting and negative air pressure machines.
• Use tools and eco-friendly materials to treat and remediate mold.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean jobsite at all times.
