Verde Clean is seeking a dedicated Custodian to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will maintain restrooms, offices, and common areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety while supporting our sustainability and community effort.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional service to staff, visitors, and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
