Job summary

ECOS is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ. You will handle shipping/receiving, fulfill customer orders, and maintain finished goods, unloading and loading trucks to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED, forklift certification, and experience with ERP and UPS/FedEx software. Starting pay is $19.50/hr, with strong safety and accuracy expectations in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx software is preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving, fulfill customer orders, and maintain finished goods.
• Unload/load trucks and prepare orders for shipping via LTL or Truckload.
• Verify quantities against pick lists and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving/shipping dock area and assist inventory control.
