E&E Manufacturing Co, Inc. is seeking a warehouse/shipping associate to support customer shipments and dock operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle loading, packing, labeling, and documentation using ERP/MRP systems to ensure on-time, accurate shipments.

The role requires forklift experience, high school diploma or GED, and preferred automotive manufacturing exposure. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential, with occasional overtime and overtime coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years forklift driving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
• 2+ years in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years with MS Office and ERP (SAP, Plex) preferred.
• Forklift Driver License preferred (company license).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment.
• Move shipments with hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts.
• Wrap and package completed parts for shipment.
• Verify quantities and ensure shipments meet specs.
• Use MRP system to verify deliveries and create packing slips.
• Prepare cartons, pallets, and shipping labels/instructions.
