Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Three (3) years clinical experience in specialty area required.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, growth and quality standards of the ECMO Program.
• Promote high standards of practice through review of ECMO policies, protocols and practice guidelines.
• Participate in rigorous performance improvement monitoring; fellow, resident, and staff education and ECMO research.
