Qualifications

• 3 years experience in cardiology or critical care.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota board medical practice licensure.
• MMRC for ECMO certification within 180 Days.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient for ECPR criteria for cardiac arrest.
• Perform ultrasound-guided cannulation for ECMO initiation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team following ECPR protocols.
• Manage complex patient care during transport and transition.
