Job summary

Integration Health is seeking an ECMO Specialist in Training in the Washington, DC area. The role is a precursor to ECMO Specialist I, offering didactic training, wet labs, and precepted bedside hours to develop entry-level competence in extracorporeal life support.

During the training period, the position starts at a base pay of $42,500 per year, with full-time benefits. The role requires strong communication, onboarding, and documentation skills, and opportunities for growth within IH's ECMO

Qualifications

• Onboarding and credentialing completed during IH onboarding.
• Exposure to ECLS training modules, wet labs, and bedside precepted hours.
• Able to interpret ABGs and adjust circuit parameters as guided.
• Documentation using UKG and Concur for hours worked and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in extracorporeal life support through didactic training, wet labs, and precepted bedside hours.
• Complete competency checks for Cardiohelp, CentriMag, Spectrum, and Rotaflow systems.
• Log hours, travel and expenses using UKG and Concur; coordinate flights and hotels as needed.
• Communicate professionally with Scheduling, Credentialing, and Leadership teams; promote IH culture.
