Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and related work experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Experience with metrology applications in semiconductor industry preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with field service teams and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main technical contact for field and customers on ECI applications.
• Work closely with field and customers to understand process challenges and provide optimized metrology solutions.
• Support tool NPI installation, qualification, and production ramp at customer sites.
• Deliver timely troubleshooting and resolution for application-related issues.
• Develop collateral material used to support field resolution of metrology issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Collaborate with field service engineers to ensure tool performance and uptime.
• Oversee assigned project schedules with internal and external teams, ensuring on-time delivery.
