Job summary

Qualifications

• RDCS/RCS certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience performing adult transthoracic echocardiograms independently.
• Knowledge of 2D, M-Mode, Color Doppler, and Spectral Doppler imaging.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinic setting.

We are expanding our cardiovascular diagnostic services and are seeking an experienced Echocardiography Technician to join our team on Wednesday afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) on scheduled patients.
• Acquire complete diagnostic cardiac ultrasound images for physician interpretation.
• Obtain standard echocardiographic views and measurements according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during the examination.
• Communicate professionally with patients and the clinical team.
• Notify the physician immediately of any urgent or critical findings.
