SGMC Health in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Staffing Pool Echocardiographer to support inpatient, outpatient, and clinic services. You will perform high-quality heart ultrasounds on adults and children, adapting to varying facility protocols and patient volumes.

Key requirements include graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, active RDCS/RCS credentials, and current BLS certification. Minimum two years of echocardiography experience is expected.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Active credential in Echocardiography (RDCS through ARDMS, or RCS through CCI).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality diagnostic heart ultrasounds on adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide cross-functional support across inpatient units, outpatient departments, and clinics.
• Adapt quickly to varying facility protocols and patient volumes.
• Train and evaluate junior sonographers, residents, and students in the echo lab.
