Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Echocardiographer/Cardiac Sonographer for Highland Park Hospital. This full-time role requires an Associate's degree in Echocardiography with internship hours and RDCS/CCI certification within 2 years.

You will perform exams across modalities, document in EMR, and participate in CME and quality initiatives. We offer sign-on bonuses up to $15,000 (or $10,000) based on experience, with weekend rotation and on-call duties.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Echocardiography and 320 internship hours or 1 year echo training.
RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) certification required within 2 years for new grads.
CPR certification required upon hire.
2+ years of clinical echocardiography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule and complete exams across TEE, TTE, stress, intraoperative and pediatric echocardiography with complete worksheet before physician review.
Maintain a clean lab space and proper lab equipment.
Document in EMR and take vitals.
Demonstrate critical thinking and flag significant findings.
Participate in monthly CME meetings and quality initiatives.
Keep current knowledge per ASE guidelines.
