Qualifications

• Requires the ability to perform Echo examinations including routine, emergency, Doppler, and special procedures without physician assistance.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine, emergency, Doppler, and special Echocardiography procedures (Contrast Echo and TEE) as assigned.
• Participates in departmental/hospital committees or group meetings as appointed.
• Contributes to quality monitoring and evaluation activities and maintains patient records.
• Initiates code procedures and provides CPR in emergencies when indicated.
• Maintains equipment, reports major repairs, and supports other team members as needed.
