Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an echocardiography technologist to perform echocardiograms as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

Requirements include ARDMS in AE and/or PR, completion of an associate degree echo program or accredited training, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Hours are 7:00 to 17:00, Mon–Fri with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree echo program and/or accredited echo training preferred.
• ARDMS in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required.

Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients by performing echocardiograms. Your Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or an accredited echo training program preferred.
• ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required.
• A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating that the applicant is skilled and competent in independently performing all scopes of pediatric echocardiography may be substituted for the ARDMS.
• Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred. Your Job Responsibilities:
