This full-time position at Saint Joseph Hospital features a 4/10 schedule (10-hour days) with rotating Saturdays, a $10,000 sign-on bonus where applicable, ongoing education, mentoring, and a team‑oriented, patient‑focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Echo Technologist IARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; degree will be verified.
• 1+ year of experience in echocardiography.
• Echo Technologist II or III certification with ARDMS/CCI/ACS registries.
• Must achieve multiple national registry credentials as applicable to department.

Responsabilités

• Perform ultrasound exams following department protocols and timelines.
• Prioritize and schedule exams; coordinate with staff and patients.
• Educate patients and families about procedures; ensure safety and comfort.
• Document exam results and apply correct charge codes.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment use and technique.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the team.
